Cyril C Weber
Cyril C. Weber age 89 of Menomonie, died Friday December 13, 2013 at the Comforts of Home in Menomonie.
Cyril was born October 9, 1924 at home in rural Eau Galle. He was the son of Louis and Lucy (Weisenbeck) Weber and grew up in the Eau Galle Community. Cyril married Aileen Moe in 1948 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Menomonie. After marriage they made their home just south of Downsville on Hwy 25 where Cyril farmed and was a Livestock Dealer. Cyril also raised and raced Thoroughbred horses and operated an antique business. Cyril was passionate about his work. He enjoyed trying to find that “Good Deal”. Cyril also enjoyed hunting, trapping and spending time with family and friends.
Cyril is survived by his partner Janet Shay of Menomonie; a daughter Karen (Steve) Wing of Minot, ND; three grandchildren, Stacy Weber, Stephanie (Hutan) Ghojallu; Laura Jorgenson; three great grandchildren, Jenna Weber, Cirrus and Keon Ghojallu; a brother Michael (Mabel) of Menomonie; a sister, Annamae Schweger of Menomonie; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Steven and David; brothers, Eugene and Wayne and a sister, Angeline Lindstrom.
