Delores Ann Moore

Born October 7, 1923 in Menomonie, Wisconsin to Frederick and Violet Newman, passed away December 10^th, 2014.  Dee was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Dee is preceded in death by her husband Merle Moore.  She is survived by her sons Gary, Rick (Pam), Jeff (Sheila), five grandchildren and 3 great grand children and her sister Ann (Larry) Wagner.  Dee lived without her husband for thirty years and was looking forward to seeing Merle and finally dancing together once again.

Funeral services will be held at Rhiel Funeral Home, 2317 Schneider Avenue Southeast,  Menomonie, Wisconsin on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 .  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m.  She will be buried at Christ Lutheran Church-Halvorson Cemetery in North Menomonie alongside her husband.  There will be a luncheon served at the Vet Center,  E4710 County Road BB in Menomonie following the burial.

Rhiel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Durand, is serving the family.

   My daughter, Julie heard about your Mom, Dee. I am so sorry to hear that Dee is no longer with us. We used to live near your family on Elk Ave.I always liked your Mom and Dad. I remember how much your Mom liked to play cards-----with "Minnie".

   My husband, Don, was the attorney in Phillips for many years. Sadly, he died at the age of 46. I'm 82 yrs. old, still live in Phillips--not in town, but on the golf course.Still play golf, believe it or not!!!

   Moore Family-
   So sorry to hear about your mom! Beautiful picture...that is how I remember her! Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time! So sorry we can't come to the visitation and funeral on Tuesday. Take Care!!
