William Earl Decker
William Earl Decker age 66 of San Benito,TX, formerly of Menomonie,
Died: Friday August 22, 2008 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in San Benito, Texas.
Bill was born January 17, 1942 in Pontiac, Michigan. He was the son of Earl and Lucille (Moore) Decker. As a young child he moved with his family to the Menomonie area and grew up here. He attended Menomonie High School, then enlisted in the U. S. Air Force in 1961, and served until 1964. After the service he made his home in Minnesota and worked primarily in the printed circuit board industry, working of several major companies in that industry. After retiring, Bill moved to Texas were he has remained the rest of his life.
Bill is survived by his mother, Lucille “Lucy” Decker of Menomonie; five sisters, Earlene (Floyd) Scott and Susan (Ken) Hatcher both of San Benito, TX; Nancy Burton of Knapp; Barbara Gipson of St. Paul, MN; Diane (Len) Nikolai of Manitowoc; one brother, Richard (Sandra) Decker of Menomonie; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Decker.
