So sorry to hear of Fudd's passing. Together, he and I started training to be EMS instructors in 1979. I spent many an EMT class, Registry exam and state called meetings with Fudd and certainly enjoyed his camaraderie, jokes and wisdom. It was always great to hear a Fudd story at O'Leary's Pub in Eau Claire after EMT class. Wonderful man, great public servant!
