Suzanne B Sockness

Suzanne B. Sockness, age 79 of Durand, passed into our Lord's Hands on June 28th, 2021.  We will all miss her dearly.

Suzanne (Suzy Q) loved life to the fullest. She was predeceased in life by her Husband Terry Sockness and her eldest Son Scott Johnson.

Suzanne is survived by Sister Judy, her daughter Wendy and son Troy along with granddaughters Kayley and Tayler respectively.

Suzanne was a homemaker raising her family in Prescott and worked at Sears and retired from Kwik Trip.

Suzanne loved to bowl and go to the lake and fish.  She also liked her white Corvette. Suzy Q was good a friend to all who welcomed her.  She was a joy to everyone. We will forever cherish her smiles and laughter and words of wisdom.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Faith Lutheran Church in Durand. Rev. Bethany Walker will officiate. Burial will be in the Willow River Cemetery in Hudson at a later Date. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until the time of services at the church on Thursday.

Rhiel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Durand, is serving the family.

    I just found out of Sue’s passing, I’m so sorry, she was a wonderful lady. Sue would stop by to have her jewelry cleaned and checked and we would chat awhile. She will be missed.
