Aunt Shelly was a bright light in the family. When I was a child she seemed stern and I was a bit scared of her, but as an adult I always enjoyed talking with Aunt Shelly. Love for family and friends always radiated from her. Condolences to Uncle Wayne, her children, and her grandchildren whom she held most dear.

  5. Melody Perrin

I consider Shelly to be one of my best friends. I have only known her these past five years, however, we became fast colleagues and sisters at the Red Wing Healthcare Center.

My heart is so very heavy for all of you children. Wayne, I will be praying God's peace over you and your farm. We had looked forward to dividing lilies, and transplanting flowers this spring. They will always speak to your wife's lovely gift of gardening, and hopefully they will bring you joy and comfort as you watch them grow and bloom. I'm sure she'll be delighted to garden in the presence of the One who created all things beautiful in His time. I'm glad she knew my Jesus too!

Shelly didn't feel well enough to go to our Mani-Pedi appt a couple of weeks ago, so now she's looking forever vibrant in her new heavenly home! No more pain or sorrow in her new forever body! I will miss you, Dear Heart!
