Pearl Kamke
Pearl L. Kamke, age 87 of Menomonie died, Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Care Partners Assisted Living Center in Menomonie.
Pearl was born in April 25, 1922 in Spring Valley and was the daughter of Arthur and Adaline (Miller) Kamke. Most of her adult life was spent in Menomonie, moving to Care Partners in 2003. Pearl will always be remembered for entertaining comments, her simple love for life, simple joys, eating out at the Kernel, riding the DET Bus and her collection of stuffed cats.
Pearl is survived by a niece, Sherri (Brent) Husby, two nephews, John (Linda) Lenz and Robert (Jackie) Lenz, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister, Merle in 2008; one brother Donald Kamke and one sister Donna Burns.
