Sally Ann. Addie, age 56 of Menomonie
Died: Thursday December 13, 2007 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie following a courageous battle with cancer. Family and friends surrounded her when the Lord came to walk her home.
Sally was born July 19, 1951 in Hawthorne California to Lucille Arn &Robert Mittelstaedt. She grew up in southern Wisconsin and married Jerrold Addie April 21, 1970. Shortly after getting married Jerrold and Sally embarked on a great adventure. Jerrold enlisted and they spent 24 years circling the globe with the United States Air Force.
Sally was an AMAZING woman who touched the lives of everyone she met. She had an uncanny knack to make any person truly see themselves and the truth in every situation. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. She loved sunny days, fireworks, the ocean and roller coasters. She will be forever missed.
Sally is survived by her husband, Jerrold; three loving daughters, Dawn Griffin of Menomonie; Ellen (Jason) Bailey of Council Bluffs, IA; Jericho (Brent) Massmann of St. Cloud, MN; four loving grandchildren, George & Kyrsten Griffin; Mikaela & Jordan Bailey; a sister, Rosemary (John) Dreyer of Portage; a brother, William (Rosemary) Ross of Arlington, TN. She is also leaving behind many other family and friends who all adored her.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Evelyn Mosher in 1999.
