In Loving Memory of VIRGINIA M WHITE

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Virginia White, who left us on August 23, 2025. Virginia was a cherished member of our family and community, whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born on August 4, 1928, in Plum City, Wisconsin, Virginia devoted her life to her family, her church and her community. She was most happy when she volunteered in various capacities.

Virginia is survived by a son Ronald (Rachel) White of Lake Geneva, a daughter Janet Smith of Minneapolis, MN; three grandchildren, Rosie (Jon) Lodien , James Smith and Megan McKenzie (Corey) all from Minneapolis, MN; two great grandchildren, Estelle and Vinny Lodien, sister in law, Joyce Schultz, several nieces, nephews and relatives, as well as countless friends who will always remember her laughter and kind spirit.  She is preceded in death by her parents Wesley and Mary Falkner; husband Laverne “Sonny” White; sister, Juliana Kelton, brother, Joe Falkner.

A funeral service in honor of Virginia White will be 11:00AM August 29, 2025, at St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Plum City, Wisconsin with Reverend Junabe V Villapaz officiting. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until time of services at the church on Friday. Burial will be in St John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at Molly’s on Main.

    Hocky-Puck (Ron), Janet, and families....my condolences to the White Family on the passing of Virginia. I remember growing up, and visiting Virginia and her family, both on the farm, and in town. She was always the sweetest, kindest lady I ever knew. Rest in Peace "Ginny" with your Sonny....you may be gone from our view, but you'll never be forgotten.
