Edward F. Beyer age 82 of rural Spring Valley,
Died: Tuesday August 4, 2009 at Comforts of Home Assisted Living in Menomonie.
Ed was born September 14, 1926 in Chicago, IL. He was the son of Frank and Helen (Komakowski) Beyer. As a young child, Ed moved with his family to Miesville, MN. In 1940 the family bought a farm in the Township of Spring Lake and moved there where they farmed. Ed stayed on the family farm, he married Marcella Bloomst April 12, 1958 and together they farmed and raised six children. Ed loved Country Music, cars, going on rides with Marcella, and talking and visiting with friends and family.
Ed is survived by his children, Michelle Greenway of Menomonie; George (Tatiana) Beyer and Bruce Beyer both of Spring Valley; Joanne (Mike) Michaud of Hudson; Kathy Beyer of Shorewood,, MN; six grandchildren, Kathryn and Jacob Greenway; Benjamin and Samantha Michaud; Gabriella and Brianna Mora, a brother Charles Beyer of Spring Valley; a sister, Florence Sweeney of North Highlands, CA; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marcella, July 25, 2009, a son James,
