Byron R Olson
Byron R. Olson age 66 of Plum City,
Died: Thursday August 13, 2009 at the American Lutheran Home in Mondovi after a long battle with Cancer.
Byron was born July 27, 1943 to Alfred and Alice (Haglund) Olson of Plum City. Byron ran the family farm after his fathers death and was employed by Bauer Built of Durand and Presto Industries of Eau Claire. He then sold the farm and moved into Plum City until July of this year when he became a resident of the American Lutheran Home.
Byron is survived by two brothers, Willard (Eleanor)of Elk Mound; Roger (Faye) of Arkansaw; two sisters, Evelyn (Dean) Kassera of New Hope, MN and Lois Freie of St. Louis Park, MN and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Ruby and Dorothy Olson and a brother-in-law, Marvin Freie.
