Jacob J Cataract
Jacob Joe Cataract, age three months of Elmwood, passed away suddenly at his home in Elmwood Wisconsin.
Jacob was born on November 25, 2010 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie. He was the son of Jeremy Cataract and Jennifer Miller and the brother of Emily Jo. Jacob was a happy baby who loved to laugh and smile. He loved to watch Franklin the Turtle, play with keys and take dollar bills. Jacob had the brightest blue eyes and a smile that would light up the room. Most of all, Jacob loved spending time with Mom, Dad, Emily and the rest of his family.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Jenny and Jeremy of Elmwood, one sister, Emily Jo at home, maternal grandparents, Darrell and Bridget Miller of Elmwood, paternal grandparents, Bill and Bessie Cataract of Durand, aunts; Missy, Nicole, Angela and Toshia, uncles; Billy, Mike, Jason and Gary, Godmother, Nicole Baker, Godfather, John Fenter, cousins; Bretta, Matthew and Hunter.
