Cassie E (McMahon) Affolter
Cassie E. (McMahon) Affolter, age 28 of Menomonie, passed away on August 31, 2012.
Cassie was born on June 15, 1984 at Myrtle Werth Hospital in Menomonie. She was the daughter of Rick McMahon and Deborah Mattson. Cassie grew up in the Elmwood and Menomonie area. Cassie worked in various Menomonie locations as a cashier. Cassie married Erik Affolter on October 20, 2007 in Spring Valley. She was the owner and operator of Simply Candles in Menomonie.
Cassie loved music, 4-wheeling, mudding, fishing, hunting, dogs, carpentry, horses, auto mechanics and was an avid Packer fan. Most of all, Cassie loved spending time with family and friends.
Cassie is survived by her husband, Erik, three children; Emilie, Abigail and Colton, her parents; Rick, and Deborah, both of Menomonie, one brother; Alex Polley of Menomonie, paternal grandmother, Regina (Dale) Rieck of Alma, parents-in-law; Sonya and Gary Affolter of Hudson, one sister-in-law; Emilee (Jeremiah) Eggers of North Dakota, one niece; Rylee Affolter of Hudson, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Fred and Betty Mattson, paternal grandfather; DeWayne McMahon, son; Zachary.
