Justin was born July 3, 1982 at the Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. He was the son of Terrance A. Meacham and Robin L. Terrell and father, Brian Spangler, Sr. Justin grew up mostly in Elmwood. Justin was a loving father to his daughter, Chloe. He was a loving son, grandson, brother and nephew. Justin loved to go trout fishing on the local waterways in the area and to spend time with his family and friends.
Justin is survived by his daughter, Chloe; a son, Talon of Texas; his parents, Robin and Brian Spangler Sr. of Elmwood; brother, Brian Spangler Jr. of Elmwood; sister, Kerstin Spangler of Burnsville, MN; maternal grandparents, Larry and Sharon Terrell of Ottumwa, IA; grandmother, Carol Spangler of Chetek; father, Terry (Dana) Meacham and sister, Hannah Meacham all of Rockford, IL; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Harold Spangler; paternal grandparents, William & Dorothy Johnson; great grandparents, Earl and Helen Terrell; maternal great grandparents, Robert & Helen Townsend.
